on your Ground Turkey Spaghetti Squash Casserole when you say pour milk over the top then mix together gently with a fork are you just moving it around to incorporate the milk into the cheese and spaghetti squash

David if it seems dry, add a splash of milk, cover it with foil and bake at 350 degrees F in the oven for about 10-15 minutes or until heated through. It can also be microwaved in a microwave safe dish for about 1-3 minutes (or until warmed), stirring after 1 minute to check for warmth- that one depends how much is leftover:-).

Can I make a pitcher of the chilled apple cider w/ frozen fruit and keep it in the fridge?

Hi Vickie! Are you referring to the homemade apple cider recipe? If so, you can use frozen apples as they will thaw as it simmers. This should be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
