Healthy BBQ Ideas and Recipes

1. Grilled Pineapple Bun Burgers
This recipe is delicious and incredibly simple.
Ingredients:
- Ground beef (organic and grass-finished if possible)
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Kosher Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Pineapple rings
- Red onion (sliced into rings)
- Romaine
- Cooked turkey bacon
Instructions:
- Fire up the grill to around a medium-high heat. Then, combine your ground beef, Worcestershire sauce and season with salt and pepper in a large bowl. Form your ground beef mixture into as many patties as you’d like.
- Grill the patties along with some pineapple and red onion. Do the pineapple and red onion until they’re charred on both sides.
- Assemble the burger with pineapple, lettuce, patty, bacon, onions, and pineapple, then dig in!
2. Tomato Bun Sliders
This dish was designed for summer, tasting like sunshine in a bun.
Ingredients:
- Ground beef (always prefer organic, grass-finished if possible)
- Worcestershire sauce
- Kosher Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Tomatoes
- Mayonnaise (we suggest avocado oil based or olive oil based)
- Lettuce
- Yellow mustard
Instructions:
- Fire up the grill, to around a medium-high heat. In a large bowl combine ground beef and Worcestershire sauce before seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Prepare the beef mixture into small sliders.
- Grill the sliders for 3 minutes on each side. Cover the grill and let the sliders cook 1 more minute.
- Lightly slather mayo on the bottom of a tomato bun and top with lettuce, the patty, and drizzle with mustard before adding the other tomato bun.
3. Delicious Healthy Grilled Chicken Breast
This recipe is one that a lot of people need to know as a grilled chicken breast can be the epitome of boring. This recipe is a quick and easy way to spice up your chicken breast to blow away your guests.
Ingredients:
- Balsamic vinegar
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Coconut sugar
- Garlic cloves (minced)
- Dried thyme
- Dried rosemary
- Chicken breasts
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Chopped parsley
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix together your vinegar, olive oil, brown sugar, garlic, and dried herbs before seasoning generously with salt and pepper.
- Add the chicken to your mixture and let it marinate for at least 20 minutes, but if you can leave it overnight, that would be better.
- Fire up the grill to medium-high heat and add to the grill, basting it with marinate until it’s cooked through completely (which usually takes about 6 minutes on each side).
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
