My experience juicing
I have done a homemade juice cleanse recently for shedding weight a year after my babies (twins!) were born.
Specifically using these juice recipes for weight loss and I only did it for 2 days (you should aim to do a 3 day juice cleanse). Within the first day I had an instant flat belly when I woke up the next day and by day two shed 6 pounds. Some may be water weight.
I typically eat a healthy diet and stick with these clean eating tips so my body did not feel any shock but I did get hungry quickly. In-between I drank plenty of lemon water and Cucumber Water to help flush out my body.
My results were a flat stomach, weight loss, a decreased appetite, and fantastic energy!
