Ingredients
- 2 cups filtered water
- 2 black tea bags or mango flavored black tea bag
- ice
- 5 ounces whiskey
- 4 ounces mango juice or pureed mango
- 1 ounce orange juice or orange liquor
- 1-2 tablespoons sugar like monk fruit, xylitol, or honey. Can also use a few drops of liquid Stevia to sweeten
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- fresh mint optional garnish
Instructions
- Boil water in a kettle over high heat. Remove from the heat and transfer the water to a heatproof pitcher or vessel.
- Add the tea bags and let them steep for 10 minutes. Discard the tea bags and let the hot tea cool down to room temperature.
- Using a cocktail shaker, fill it halfway with ice. Add the whiskey, mango juice, vanilla, orange juice, and sugar. Shake vigorously to combine and chill. Transfer to two highball glasses filled with ice and garnish with fresh mint (optional).
