– Yukon potatoes, russet, or red – extra virgin olive oil – pink salt (or table salt) – black pepper – garlic powder
Wash the potatoes and cut them horizontally in half. Then cut each half down the center then 1-2 more slices on each side of that first slice so you have about 8-10 wedges per potato.
Transfer the sliced potatoes in a medium bowl and drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder and mix to coat.
Heat the air fryer. Open the air fryer basket and spread the prepared potatoes on the cooking tray evenly so they do not overlap. Close the air fryer basket and bake for 12-15 minutes.
Remove the air fryer potato wedges and enjoy right away with your favorite dip. Add more salt and pepper to taste if needed.
