Baked Oats: 4 Easy Healthy Ways  (TikTok Viral Recipe)

The viral TikTok blender baked oats recipe! Four ways to get this healthy muffin and cake-like breakfast for one in chocolate, vanilla, blueberry, and peanut butter banana flavors!



- old fashioned rolled oats - banana - egg - maple syrup - vanilla extract or  vanilla bean paste - baking powder  - a dash of salt

Blend in a blender: Spray an 8-ounce ramekin with cooking spray. Add the oats, banana, egg, vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste, baking powder, and a dash of salt to the blender. Blend on high until smooth.

Add to the ramekin: Add the oats mixture to one ramekin, or if you did a few servings of this recipe, divide the mixture evenly into each prepared ramekin. Let it set for 5-10 minutes. Leave as is or mix in the flavor variations into each.

Baking time! Bake at 350 for about about 20 minutes or until done and the top is set. Now the 4 Variations--> 

Chocolate baked oats:  Mix in 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon of chopped dark chocolate chunks, and 1-2 tablespoons of milk chocolate chips to the basic recipe after it is blended.

Vanilla baked oats:  Top with a glaze with confectioners’ sugar and water after the blender oats are baked. In a small bowl mix together with a fork 2 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar or Swerve sugar-free powdered sugar with 1-2 teaspoons of water until you get an icing consistency that is easy to spread.

Blueberry baked oats:  When the basic recipe is in a ramekin then mix in ¼ cup fresh juicy blueberries or another favorite berry.

Peanut butter banana  baked oats:  Mix in ¼ teaspoon cinnamon and top with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter. Press it down to set to the center and top with a few banana slices then bake in the oven.
