3 halibut filets or cod filets Roma tomatoes white onion carrot shreds salt & pepper fresh cilantro leaves lime & lemon juice tarragon leaves
Cook the fish with lime and lemon juice, or use the heat method by baking it at 400 degrees F for 12-15 minutes.
While the fish cooks and cools, prepare and dice the vegetables and add to a large bowl. Break apart cooled seafood into the bowl. Mix all ingredients together.
