Whisk eggs, melted coconut oil, apple sauce, sugar, vanilla, and zucchini until blended. Add the flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt and whisk together until combined. Stir in chocolate chips.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
