In a large bowl, add the prepared tomato halves, cucumber chunks, diced peppers, chopped basil, lime juice (or red wine vinegar), olive oil, salt and pepper.
Gently mix to combine. In addition you can also add ¼ cup diced red onions. Serve right away or within 2 hours for the best texture.
