– 1 inch turmeric peeled – 1 inch ginger peeled – ½ lemon skin and rind removed – ½ orange skin and rind removed – black pepper, cayenne pepper, cinnamon add a pinch of each and cayenne pepper is optional
IN A JUICER: Add the ginger, turmeric, lemon, orange, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and cinnamon to a juicer and enjoy!
IN A BLENDER: Add the turmeric, ginger, lemon, orange, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and cinnamon into a high powered blender such as a Vitamix. Strain pulp in a nut bag.
