INGREDIENTS

-filtered water -gluten-free old fashioned rolled oats -vanilla protein powder -nonfat Greek Yogurt or use coconut yogurt -chia seeds -maple syrup -cinnamon -salt

STOVETOP OATS: Heat the water and oats in a saucepan for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat then stir in the remaining ingredients. 

MICROWAVE  OATS: Heat the water and oats in the microwave for about 2 minutes. Remove then stir in the remaining ingredients.
