This glowing anti inflammatory matcha berry smoothie is made with anti inflammatory green tea powder, berries and all natural plant based ingredients!
– 2 cups nut milk of choice – 2 cups blueberries frozen – 1 banana – 2 tablespoons protein powder unflavored – 1 tablespoon matcha powder – 1 tablespoon chia seeds – ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon – ¼ teaspoon ground ginger – pinch of salt
In a blender, blend the nut milk, blueberries, banana, protein powder (if using), matcha, chia seeds, cinnamon, ginger, and salt until smoothie.
