INGREDIENTS

First thaw the shrimp and remove the shells and veins.

Rinse the shrimp with water then boil them for 2-3 minutes, removing from the water with a slotted spoon.

Next chop and prepare all the vegetables and add to a medium size bowl.

In a bowl, mix in the lime juice, orange juice, salt, pepper. Serve the shrimp ceviche right away or refrigerate for 30 minutes first.
