– 1 mango large, peeled with center removed – 4 shots vodka – 1 tablespoon sugar (such as monkfruit, maple syrup or honey) – 12 ounces sparkling flavored water such as orange, passionfruit, or citrus (1 can) – 2 limes juice of – ice – fresh mint leaves
– In a blender, add the meat of the mango, vodka, lime juice and sugar and blend until a smooth puree is formed.
In 3-4 glasses add the ice and divide the mango puree among the glasses.
