  • Heat the water to boil. Pour the water in a mug and add the tea bag. Let the tea steep for 3 minutes then squeeze and remove.
  • Add the raw honey (1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon depending on what you like... it coats the throat), juice of the lemon and ginger. Stir then consume right away.
