Italian Dressing

  • Combined olive oil, rice vinegar, salt, oregano and basil together. Mix well and set aside.

Pasta Salad

  • Cook the noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile chop and prepare the vegetables.
  • In a large bowl combine all the ingredients together. Add the dressing and mix well to coat. Add a dash of fresh ground pepper. Serve lukewarm or cold.
