  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups cilantro with stems
  • 1/2 lime juice
  • 1 garlic clove large
  • 1/2 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
  • 1-2 splashes of chipotle sauce optional


  • Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Serve over fish tacos, blackened fish, or salad.
