Strawberry and Kiwi Spinach Popsicle Recipes

Ingredients

  • Kiwi Spinach:
  • 2 peeled kiwi fruit
  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/4 cup frozen spinach
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • Strawberry Banana:
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup of coconut water

Instructions

  • In a blender blend 2 peeled kiwi fruits, frozen pineapple, frozen spinach, water and 1 Tablespoon of honey until smooth. Pour into 6 popsicle molds.
  • Clean the blender and make the strawberry pops. Blend strawberries, banana, coconut water until smooth. Pour into 6 popsicle molds.
  • Cover and insert sticks. Freeze for 4 or more hours. When ready to serve let set 5 minutes or run the plastic molds under water. Remove popsicles from mold and enjoy!
