Ultimate Apple Crisp with Chia Seeds {gluten free}

Ingredients

  • FILLING:
  • 5 Granny Smith Apples cored and diced finely
  • 1/4 cup Pecans chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Xylitol or honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Gluten Free flour mix
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • TOPPING:
  • 1/2 cup Gluten Free Flour mixture
  • 1/2 cup Oats make sure they are GF version
  • 1/3 cup Honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 6 Tablespoons Coconut Oil chilled
  • 1/4 cup Pecans chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds

Instructions

  • Preheat oven 350 degrees F. Spray a 9x9 inch pan with cooking spray. Mix all the Filling ingredients together and pour into pan.
  • Mix all the Topping ingredients together (coconut oil should be chilled and mashed into mixture) and pour over your filling. Bake 30-35 minutes. Let cool about 10 minutes before serving.
