– ice –filtered water – raw apple cider vinegar (with mother) – fresh lemon juice – maple syrup (to taste) – fresh berries and mint leaves (optional garnish and flavor)

– In a glass add ice, water, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice and maple syrup to desired taste. Mix well and enjoy!

– Alternatively you can add fresh ginger, and fresh fruit or the juice of thawed berries, or a splash of natural 100% fruit juice for extra flavor.
