– ¼ cup cold water plus 1 tablespoon at a time of the dough is dry – 1 large egg – 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar – 1 ½ cups gluten-free flour mix – 2 teaspoons sugar – ½ teaspoon salt – ½ teaspoon xanthan gum – ½ teaspoon baking powder – ½ cup cold unsalted butter
