– 2 cups romaine lettuce packed – 1 cup coconut water – 1 cucumber or half an extra long english cucumber – 2 celery stalks – 1 lemon skin and rind sliced off – 1 inch fresh ginger peeled
– Add all the ingredients to a juicer or blender. Blend until smooth on high. Use a mesh bag to strain the pulp.
Serve chilled or over ice in a glass and enjoy!
