A healthy and easy green smoothie made with spinach, parsley, mango and pineapple. This green smoothie recipe can be turned into a smoothie bowl too. It hydrates, energizes, is delicious and has the option for adding supplements for more nutrition!

INGREDIENTS

– 2 cups fresh spinach – 1 cup frozen mango – ½ cup frozen pineapple – ½ frozen banana – 1-2 tablespoons parsley fresh – ½-3/4 cup coconut water

– Place the spinach, mango, pineapple, banana, parsley and coconut water in a blender. I suggest using a high-powered blender such as a Vitamix.

– Blend on smoothie setting or until smooth. Serve right away into 1 glass.
