1 bunch organic celery end and leaves removed (about 8-10 stalks)
– Wash the celery and chop off both ends, discarding the leaves.
Chop the celery and add it to a high powered blender (I use a Vitamix). Only if it is hard to blend, add up to ⅓ cup of fresh water.
