Arugula  Prosciutto  Pizza

Greens top off salty prosciutto meat and sweet caramelized shallots and mushrooms in this Arugula Prosciutto Pizza. Heat a pizza stone or baking pan so you can really get a crispier crust!

INGREDIENTS

–  gluten-free pizza dough – olive oil – salt & ground pepper – mozzarella cheese  – Parmesan cheese – baby arugula – shallot – mushrooms  – coconut sugar – prosciutto

LEARN HOW TO MAKE IT?

Caramelize the shallots (or onions) and mushrooms in olive oil and coconut sugar. Set aside.

Roll out the pizza dough to form a 12-inch round. Transfer the dough to the prepared baking pan or stone. Bake 10 minutes.

Top your pizza with Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, caramelized mushrooms and onions, and prosciutto slices. Bake again for 6 minutes till bubbly.

Remove pizza from oven and top the pizza with arugula and 2 tablespoons shaved Parmesan. Enjoy!
