INGREDIENTS

– old fashioned rolled oats (gf) – ripe banana – large egg – maple syrup or honey – cocoa powder – baking powder – vanilla extract – Himalayan salt – chopped dark chocolate – can use vegan / dairy-free – milk chocolate chips – can use semi-dark vegan / dairy-free

Blend the ingredients in a blender except the chocolate chunks and morsels. 

Spray a ramekin with cooking spray. Add the chocolate baked oats batter and stir in the chocolate. Let it set for 5 minutes. Bake and enjoy!
