Creamy Orange And Fig Smoothie

  • 2 teaspoons fresh orange zest
  • 3/4 cup of orange juice or fresh juice from oranges
  • 1 scoop of plain protein powder your favorite kind such as vegan, whey, hemp
  • 3-4 figs
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 4-5 ice cubes
  • Stevia sweetener to taste (optional)


  • Blend together all the ingredients until smooth. Taste and sweeten as needed.
