Ingredients

  • ½ cup fresh squeezed orange juice (or store-bought with no added sugar)
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • splash of lemon juice
  • ⅛ teaspoon sea salt (Celtic or Himalayan)
  • ¼ teaspoon magnesium powder optional

Instructions

  • Add orange juice, coconut water, and fresh lemon juice to a glass.
  • Stir in sea salt until fully dissolved.
  • Add ice if desired. Sip slowly first thing in the morning.

Notes

Optional Add-ons:
🍋 All lemon juice instead of orange juice for a lower sugar option
