Ingredients

  • ¾ cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt use up to 1 cup for a thinner consistency
  • ½ cup vanilla protein powder

Toppings (optional)

  • fresh berries
  • granola

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt with the protein powder until smooth. Serve immediately or refrigerate for an even creamier texture.
