Sautéed Recipes
Sautéing is a bit of an art, as it involves quickly cooking in a special pan with very little oil and high heat, while turning the food constantly to keep it from burning. A sautee pan is specially shaped to allow constant tossing of the food without any spillage.
Both meat and vegetables can be sautéed - even some fruits – and with the right additions to the oil, flavor can be added to the food very quickly and effectively. Below are a few of our sautéed recipes.
