You have done it, and are making delicious healthy air fryer recipes! But how long do most foods take to cook and at what temperature? When I first started using my Instant Pot Air Fryer I wondered the same thing since meats and vegetables cook at different temperatures and times.
Use this air fryer cooking chart as your ultimate guide for all your air frying needs! NOTES: During cooking food is flipped over half way through the cooking time or the basket is shaken to redistribute the ingredients.

Air Fry Frequently Asked Questions
The only way to ensure meat is cooked through to a safe temperature is to use a meat thermometer. Steaks, Chops, and Roasts should all be cooked through to 145°F, Chicken and Turkey (Poultry) cook to 165°F, and Fish and Shellfish should cook until the internal temperature reaches 145°F. To measure, put the meat thermometer into the thickest part of the meat.
