Fried Recipes
Frying normally refers to pan-frying, as opposed to deep-frying (where items are totally submersed in hot oil). It nearly always involves a light coat of oil or butter (or a non-stick spray), usually in a frypan, and the process sears the outer surface and cooks through to the desired extent.
Fried items can include most meats and vegetables, as well as various egg dishes and more. This page will share some of our recipes that use frying for part or all of the recipe.
