Ingredients
- 1 -6 inch Udi's Gluten Free French Bread Roll
- ½ avocado crushed
- ¼ cucumbers cut into ¼ inches
- 1 tablespoon red onion
- 2 slices Provolone cheese
- ¼ tomato thickly sliced
- 1 tablespoon sprouts
- 2 butter lettuce leaf
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard or Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon avocado mayonnaise (just a healthier option)
Instructions
- Open roll and spread both sides with crushed avocado. Then spread one side with your mustard or mayonnaise.
- Layer your sandwich with vegetables. Start bottom up - cucumbers, red onion, Provolone cheese, tomatoes, sprouts, green lettuce or arugula.
