Strawberry and Kiwi Spinach Popsicle RecipesPrint Pin Rate
- Kiwi Spinach:
- 2 peeled kiwi fruit
- 1/4 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/4 cup frozen spinach
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- Strawberry Banana:
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup of coconut water
- In a blender blend 2 peeled kiwi fruits, frozen pineapple, frozen spinach, water and 1 Tablespoon of honey until smooth. Pour into 6 popsicle molds.
- Clean the blender and make the strawberry pops. Blend strawberries, banana, coconut water until smooth. Pour into 6 popsicle molds.
- Cover and insert sticks. Freeze for 4 or more hours. When ready to serve let set 5 minutes or run the plastic molds under water. Remove popsicles from mold and enjoy!
