Red White Blue Fruit Cheese Plate

This was not originally going to be posted but I thought it is such a fun idea to make for a red, white and blue party! A fun red white blue fruit cheese plate made of colorful berries and a base of soft goat cheese. Dip crackers into it and add other favorite red fruits like strawberries and raspberries.

We picked up lots of fresh seasonal blueberries, strawberries and cherries at the market so I decided to get patriotic with it. Pair it up with your favorite cheeses, and create a beautiful American Flag! I used goat cheese as the base and Provolone cheese for the star cutouts. It would also be fun to add marcona almonds in place of the white strips on top of the goat cheese for a wine party!
