Ingredients
- 1 large cucumber
- 2 green apples
- 1 cup spinach can also use kale
- 1 stalk celery
- 1-inch fresh ginger peeled
- 1-inch fresh turmeric peeled
- ½ lime peeled
- ½ cup fresh mint leaves
- pinch black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon spirulina powder optional
Instructions
- Prepare your produce and wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly. Cut the cucumber, apples, and celery into pieces that fit into your juicer. Peel the lime, ginger, and turmeric.
- Juice the ingredients and start by juicing the cucumber, celery, and spinach to create the base of the juice. Next, add the green apples, ginger, turmeric, lime, fresh mint, and pepper. Add in Spirulina powder or mix it in to the released juice from the juicer.
- Serve and enjoy and pour the juice into a glass over ice and enjoy right away for the freshest flavor and nutritional benefits.
